Distinguished Service

Distinguished WomenEach year Northwood recognizes the business prowess, philanthropic achievements and community service of exceptional women in business with our Distinguished Women weekend. There may be no better way to celebrate the accomplishments of this 2017 class of Distinguished Women than by coupling the awards weekend with our 2017 Northwood University Go MAD Day of Service. Learn more about the seven women we are honoring and events this weekend by visiting here.

Today is the day Northwood University faculty, staff and students take to our community in numbers to serve, help, care for, and work with the Midland community. The Northwood family makes up a large portion of this city, and our contributions are felt in every corner. I am so proud to see hundreds of helpers serving thousands of hours making a difference!

The smallest acts sometimes leave the largest impressions, as our Distinguished Women will surely share through their own experiences at the forum later today in the Hach Student Life Center. Today and every day, I look forward to seeing Northwood students out making a difference in their lives, in their communities and through their careers.

Have a great weekend, and GO M.A.D!
